Banzai Bill is a projectile from Wart's Koppa Clown Car. It takes 50 shots to explode, and upon explosion, it kills Wart.
It will accelerate to the left, but is slowed on each hit. If it is evaded through an exploit, Wart will simply disappear, and Dr. Wily will appear in his place.
